On the 4th day, I woke up at 6:30 that morning too.
Since my body got used to taking lots of water, I went to pee less and
less last night.
I had sleepless nights so I had the real good and long night sleep. But...
just 3 hours.
Breakfast: African mango is much sweeter, sourer, and better than in Japan.
At Barranco camp, we could see the Kibo peak just right behind. The guide took a picture
of me and a porter to remember. Under the morning sun, 2 guys were very
handsome!! Haha!!
We got ready and left there. Let's Go!!
---------- Breakfast Wall ---------
After breakfast, I had a hard time climing up that morning. The guides said that
this area was called, "Breakfast Wall," as we needed a full-stamina
from breakfast to tackle it.
Falling down means DEATH!!
How thrilling!!
Even though the porters were professional,
they slowed down a lot. Jammed-Up!!
We kept going up and Mt. Meru started to show its top over the cloud sea.
Hooray!! It's the GOAL!! After we conqured Breakfast Wall,
the kibo peak got much closer, and the scenery opened up.
I posed with Harold there, frolicking together. lol
My team and other teams... everyone on the trail, which I took, said to
me,
" Hey!! You!! You just look like Jackie Chan!!" So I was Jackie
Chan among everyone during this treck.
And, everyone took out their cameras and asked me to pose with them.
So, Harold, Tammy, and Franziska said to me, "Hey! Syuhei! You're
the STAR!!"Haha!!
I love Jackie Chan too so I was very happy about it, |
but I doubted thatI looked like him as everyone said... I don't think so...
But I, who love to act silly, posed with Harold.
To be continued!!
