After enjoying the ice hotel, I got back to Ylläs. |
I stopped by at a supermarket on the way back. While I was waiting for the driver, I got a can of Swedish beer there since I went to Sweden crossing border from Finland. This is just for tonight!! |
| By the way, I pay the cash with Swedish krone not only at the ice hotel but also there. (But I could pay with Euro.)  |
---------- Arrived in Ylläs ----------
| I was in Finland again and got to the lodge finally. I made it there later
than I expected, so I had dinner quickly and rushed into Äkäslompolo lake for Northern Lights. |

On the way to the lake, bright Northern Lights already appeared. It got smaller and weaker once but it got brighter and bigger when I was on the lake.  |
It got even bigger. It seemed as if it covered the whole sky over my head. And I got confused because I didn't know where I should aim my camera for the shot. So I enjoyed the Northern Lights changing its shape and brightness lying down on the lake |

In an hour, it got smaller and I thought that it might not get bigger again so I got back to the lodge. But it was much better and bigger than yesterday's so it broke my personal record. So it was far the best Northern Lights I'd seen. Hooray!! |
After I got back to the lodge, I made myself warm up with the sauna in my room. I celebrated my personal record with a can of beer I'd got in Sweden. |
It had bitter taste like "Asahi Super Dry," one of the most famous
Japanese beers.  I fell asleep with an excellent dream; the beauty of the ice hotel and the Northern Lights I saw that night. Good Night....zzz |
