�B　The 2nd Biggest City in Finland "Tampere"

After the lunch, a local guide drove me on a highway to Tampere, north-northwest from Helsinki.

On the way, we took a rest to do our businesses at a rest area. It was decorated with a pretty steam engine. 3 hours after we left Helsinki, we made it to Tampere.

● "Moominvalley," Moomin Museum The Finnish who gave a tour inside was super fluent in Japanese. He told me that he had stayed in Japan for a little over 10 years. No doubt!!

Apropos of moomin, I used to watch its animation on TV in my childhood. But a wide range of generation knows it so well as there are so many re-runs and also modern version available.

The entrance for museum is next to the souvenir shop and the door on the right is the entrance for museum. If we post a letter in the orange mail box, we get a limited edition of moomin stamp on it.

A pretty moomin doll welcomed me!! Lots of original drawings of Tove Jansson were on the wall in the hallway.

At the further back of the museum, there is a miniture model that truly shows the moomin world. I was really moved as I learnt that

each miniture has so much meanings, feelings, and emotions of the creators. On top of that, the miniture model changes each year, so it wouldn't be boring to visitors when we go back there again and again.
