④　Breakfast at the Lodge


On the 2nd day, I had a buffe style breakfast at the restaurant
on the 2nd floor in the lodge. It had nice selections of dishes and tasted Amazing!!

Salads	Salted, Vinegared fish	Daily special dishes
Yogurt	Dried fruits	Desserts

Breads were surved on the wooden boat which is desinged with the image of the Vikings ship. This is Scandinavia!! Self-serve waffle：One of the home cookings of Norway. Why is it here in Finland?? Is it because we are in Scandinavia?? We make the waffle like this. It just takes 2 or 3 minutes!!

→　 SERVED!!!!! Some oval shaped pies are called "Karjalan Piirakka," one of the most famous local dishes in Finland. The rice cooked with milk is wrapped by the pastry shell made from rye. To be continued!!
