③　The 1st Lappish Meal Combo


----------　　Arrived in Kittilä　　----------

I stopped by Ivalo and headed for Kittilä like I did last year.

People who go to "Saariselka," the most famous town
for Aurora/Northern Lights in Finland get off there.

Here I am again!!


When I got to Kittilä, it was snowing.
Oh, Shit!!! The weather mark on the gate at Helsinki airport lied to me.....
When I was just about to get on the bus heading for Äkäslompolo,
the driver said, "One way ticket is 15.10 euros, the round-trip ticket is 27.20 euros.
You can save 3 euros on a return ticket." The round-ticket?? I didn't know.....
The driver last year didn't tell me about it at all. What's up with that!?!?

--------　　Arrived in Äkäslompolo in Ylläs　　--------


About 40 minutes later, I got to the lodge "Ylläskaltio," where I'd stay
for 5 nights in Äkäslompolo. But it continued snowing....
Northern Lights?? Well!! Forget it!!!
So I went to my favorite Lappish restaurant "PORO" for dinner.
I ordered traditional salmon cream soup, meat-balls, and french fries.
Long time no savoring Lappish taste!! YES!!!!! MY LOVE!!!!!
This is THE Lappish Taste!!!!! I was floating on cloud nine!!!!!




I couldn't see any Aurora/Northern Lights at all but the Lappish meal
took away my fatigue and dissapointment. Good Night!!!!!
