The stake is called "Aurora Reindeer." It really sounded like one of the local dishes in Lapland. I'd heard the venison has a distinct taste so I was worried about my dish and tried it timidly. But it was delicious unexpectedly, what was better, the texture was so tender!! NICE!!!!!  |
