④ I'm all set!!

The 1st brakfast!! I love this!!
Unfortunately, the lodge didn't offer the self-serve waffle during this stay.
Mitsuko said to me, "Akashotel (the affiliated lodge of Ylläskaltio) still has it."

But, there were many pieces of Swiss rolls with berry as NEW!!
It was really GOOD and made me forget the waffle in a flash.
I can't remember how many pieces I ate during this trip. Lol!

------ Grocery Shopping ------

Because of the lost baggage, I had only my money, passport, cellphone,
and camera, and the other travell items were all in my missing suitcase,
so I had to make the minimum necessary preparations for my stay.
I firstly went to a supermarket. It was such a hard time to go freezing outside
wearing light clothes (just a pair of jeans, thin socks, sneakers, and down jacket...)

◎ Items for My Teeth

Each room of the lodge has body wash and shampoo, but not any toothbrushes
or toothpaste. So I had to get them. My mouth didn't feel good because
I hadn't been able to brush my teeth since I left my home in Japan.

I picked a pretty tube of toothpaste with Moomin printed on
(It's for children! Haha!). It can be one of nice souvenir goods
for Japanese children. And I also got mouthwash "LISTERIN." Good!!

◎ A Pair of Socks with Cold Protection

They are MUST!!! Even though I'm wearing
a pair of thick ski socks, my toes alwasy get numb firstly
when I'm Freezing outside scince I'm sensitive to cold. So It would be i
ncrease of frostbite with just a pair of thin socks I was wearing.

It cost 20 euros (about 2000 yen) and was very experiense compared to Japan.
But I was glad to get it. Because I felt much more cozy and comfortable in it
than 2 layers of ski socks. On top of that, after getting back to Japan,
it's been really useful on cold days when I felt chilled to the bone.
And I can also use it when I climb up to Japan Alps in the future.

"GUARANTEED WARMTH!!" Sounds reassuring!!

----- Snow Fun Safaries -----

On the way back to the lodge, I stopped by at
"Snow Fun Safaries" for renting the gears for ski.

A young guy, one of staffs, remembered and greeted me
with his good smile so that made everything much easier.
Lsat year, foot wear, jyacket, high-pants, mittones... I rented 4 items
for 5days this year and it should have cost me 85 euros.
But the guy said to me "50 euro" as his original service, like last year.
It didn't stop there, this time, in addition to the aforementioned,
he gave me a touque (Of cauese, it was included in 50 euros).
Lucky!! And I appriciated what he always do generously.

So, I'm ready!! Let's go!! To be continued!!
