| continued all over. Before I left Japan, the weather forcast had said that it would've been cloudy or a little snowy on the 1st and |
the 2nd day of my visit in Ylläs. So I thought, "I see. It's OK!!" |
But!! When I made it to Ivalo, the sky was filled with lots of stars and the moon showed its face too. At the moment I saw it, I was like, this is it!! and got ready for Aurora/Northern Lights. |
But, when I arrived in Kittilä, the thick cloud covered over the sky. Holy Crap!!!!! Kittilä is just about 200km away from Ivalo, so I guessed that it would've been fine in Kittilä too. But it didn't turn out as I'd expected.  |
"Well!! I'm so tired from the long flight from Japan, so I wanna savour Lappish dinner rather than hunting Aurora/Northern lights." So I cried sour grapes |
| and went into my favorite local restaurant "PORO" instead. What a sore loser am I?! |
 The creamy salmon soup and meatballs：It hadn't changed at all since the last visit in 2016 and still tasted Good!! We have lots of Italian, French, and Asian restaurants, but don't have any Finnish restaurants |
| at all in Japan. So nothing can't beat my annual ritual of enjoying not only Aurora/Northern Lights but also Lappish meal. My precious time!!   |
