The 3rd day, after breakfast, I took a nap until noon.
From the afternoon, I went cross-country skiing in spite of the snow. |
I got a cross-country skiing trail map at the front desk. The snow causes
the trails
to change a little every year so we need to buy a new one each year. we
can get it
anywhere in the village; at the front desk, sports shop, and supermarket. It cost 10 euros.
The map folds like the picture below↓↓↓

Next, I went to a sports shop near the lodge to rent the gears. The gears
cost 15 euros for 3 hours.
|
When I went to the sports shop, a staff saw me and said, "Konnichiwa."
I was so surprised he noticed I'm Japanese without me using Japanese.
I asked, "Why did you notice that I'm Japanese??" Then he replied, "Haha!! Orientals
who visit to Ylläs must be Japanese who like Aurora/Northern Lights!!" Oh...... I SEE!!
