②　Heading for Ylläs for the 2nd Time

Long time no visiting Finland!! I headed for "Helsinki," the capital of Finland remembering nice memory from 3 years ago.

On the way, I had 2 meals on the flight. This time, I flew with Japan Air Lines so we had Japanese style meals and I was so happy with "Haagen-Dazs" ice cream for desert.

The sky was so clear that I could see Russia from the window all the way.

But!! An hour before I got to Helsinki, there was a great mass of thunder clouds in front of us. It seemed as if it was covering the earth completely. In my mind; "Damn you!! This must be the begining of the hurricane." I'd set my mind ready from the weather forcast but then I was hopeless again.........

A nine-and-a-half-hour flight later, I got to Helsinki. Unexpectedly there were some patches of blue sky. While I was walking through the gates, I smelled very strong perfume. It was the same smell as 3 years ago.

I transfered to a domestic plane and headed for "Kittilä," my final destination. The cloud completely covered the earth but the sky above the cloud was so clear. Then I took a picture of beautiful sunset.

Before arriving in Kittilä, the plane stopped over in "Ivalo," one of the local small towns of Northern Finland. At the airport some got off, some got on. Then Vietnamese looking passengers sat down around me and I felt weird...... because I couldn't get any words they said.

But a tour conductor looking passenger started talking with a flight attendant in English. I could get what they were talking about and others were just so loud, obnoxious and simply made me sick.... To be continued!!
