I'd trained very hard (and still do), and eaten lots until I was 29 years old; by the time
my weight hit about 220lb, my body fat percentage shot up to about... If I tell you,
I have to kill you...lol !! And then, I reduced excess body fat, and lost 70lb in a year.
At the end, my weight was about 150lb, my body fat percentage was about 6% before the bodybuilding contest.
