18：The Biggest Colony for Gentoo Penguins
"Cuverville Island"
| During the night, the Sea Spirit went north from Paradaise Harbour and made it to "Cuverville Island" on the 8th day in the morning. |
| Cuverville Island is very famous for the biggest gentoo penguin colony in the Antarctica. At the same time, lots of the Antarctica pormarine skuas |
| tried to take away the penguin babies from the top of the cliffs all the time. We saw some bones of whales on the rocky beach |
| when we landed. They were very similar to the human bones so I felt that the whales are the mammal family too!   |

Lots of the Antarctica pormarine skuas I hate lived there too... We saw some scenes that |

the penguins and the Antarctica pormarine skuas contrained together all the time all over the island.   |

There were two inlets on the both sides of the island. Some floating yachts
and the snow mountains coloured by the sun shines beautifully.... Picture-Perfect!!   |
We found a penguin egg. Hmm... I'm so hungry that I'm gonna have it!! Haha. |
I saw an Antarctica fur seal. The tour said that they looked calm and quiet but actually they were violent. So they came to talk to us |

when we got close to them. On top of that, they were very fast. The expedition staffs warned us, "Please keep the distance about 15ｍ!" |
